Traffic Monetization Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a Traffic Monetization Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves working with affiliate networks, direct betting advertisers, and monetization platforms to maximize revenue through various commercial models.

Responsibilities

• Monetization & Partner Management: Source, evaluate, and onboard affiliate networks, direct betting advertisers, and monetization platforms.
• Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate commercial terms such as CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Flat Fee.
• Funnel & Placement Optimization: Select and test optimal offers based on GEOs, content sections, and sports events. Plan CTA placements, pre-landings, and creatives to maximize conversion rates.
• Tracking & Analytics: Set up and maintain campaign tracking, traffic distribution, and postbacks in Keitaro (or similar tools).
• Performance Analysis: Analyze funnel performance (EPC, FTD, LTV, ROI) and eliminate data discrepancies.
• Testing & Scaling: Run systematic A/B tests on landing pages, offer splits, and ad formats. Scale top-performing combinations and replace underperforming ones.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Content, SEO, Product, and Analytics teams to align monetization setups with organic traffic growth and brand safety.

Requirements

• 2+ years of traffic monetization or affiliate marketing experience within iGaming, sports betting, or digital media.
• Deep understanding of sports audiences, betting products, and commercial models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Flat Fee).
• Hands-on experience with tracking tools (Keitaro or similar), postback setups, SubIDs, and traffic distribution rules.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on funnels, lander testing, and core metrics (EPC, CR, LTV, ROI).
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level or higher.
• Strong self-management skills with a result-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Publisher-side experience monetizing organic SEO, news, or social traffic.
• Working knowledge of local compliance regulations in key target GEOs.
• Proficiency in French.
