About the Position

We are seeking a Traffic – SEO Specialist to join our team. This role is remote and is suitable for a Senior professional.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:
- Independent development and approval of SEO project strategies
- Creating SEO work plans
- Identifying and implementing key growth opportunities for the project
- Defining priority directions for project development
- Making strategic decisions based on data analysis
Internal Documentation Control:
- Preparing monthly reports
- Project budget control
- Optimizing budget allocation for maximum ROI
Project Management:
- Full oversight of projects and their SEO performance
- Quality control of task execution by the following teams: content, linkbuilding, development
- Ensuring adherence to deadlines and priorities
- Managing project risks
Analytics & Reporting:
- Identifying project growth opportunities and scaling successful use cases
- Forecasting traffic growth and other performance metrics
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the SEO strategy
- Searching for and testing hypotheses
Communication:
- Collaboration with the content team
- Collaboration with the linkbuilding team
- Collaboration with PM
- Collaboration with the development team
- Knowledge transfer and sharing best practices
- Mentoring

SEO expertise (minimum 4 years of commercial experience)
Expert-level understanding of how search engines operate
Strategic thinking

Ability to independently track and implement new SEO approaches and best practices
Proactivity and initiative
Ability to scale successful solutions
Mentoring and knowledge-transfer skills
Deep understanding of Google guidelines and ranking factors
Ability to make independent strategic decisions
