About the Role and Mission

You will be part of Inter's successful customer experience team for travel services, ensuring our internal client has the best experience on our platform and providing inputs to improve the product.

Responsibilities

In your daily tasks, you will:

• Perform quotations, reservations, issuances, changes, and cancellations of travel services.
• Primarily work with airline tickets, hotels, and other tourism products available on the platform.
• Provide support to B2B clients, such as travel agencies, companies, and partners.
• Assist clients in using the platform and resolving questions related to reservations and issuances.
• Perform re-issuances, rescheduling, cancellations, and refund requests, following supplier rules.
• Analyze and solve problems related to fares, availability, reservations, payments, and issuances.
• Interface with airlines, hotels, consolidators, operators, and other suppliers to resolve issues.
• Monitor problematic reservations until resolution, ensuring customer feedback within established SLAs.
• Act in critical travel situations, seeking alternatives and solutions to minimize impacts for the client.
• Record occurrences and identify recurring platform or supplier issues.
• Work with Product and Technology teams, providing feedback from operations and contributing to improvements and automations.
• Support testing and implementation of new functionalities, suppliers, and products.
• Contribute to the continuous construction and improvement of operational processes in Travel Tech.

Requirements

Required:

• Proven experience in the corporate travel market
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of major market platforms such as Wooba and Ominibees

Desirable:

• Degree in Tourism
• Good performance in PowerPoint presentation formatting for product support
