About the Position
We are seeking a Travel Manager with 3+ years of experience in corporate or B2B travel to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to manage international business trips and group travel, working remotely or from our offices in Poland, Ukraine, or other locations.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire travel journey for assigned B2B travel clients.
- Organize international business trips, conferences, and group travel.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial conditions.
- Solve operational issues proactively before they impact the client.
- Improve travel processes and service quality.
- Build long-term relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Deliver a premium client experience on every request.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in corporate or B2B travel.
- Experience managing international business trips and group travel.
- Strong knowledge of flights, hotels, transfers, and travel logistics.
- Experience negotiating with hotels and suppliers.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B travel or concierge services.
- Experience with conferences and MICE projects.
- Existing supplier network.
- Knowledge of visa processes.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
