About the Position

We’re looking for a UI/UX / Product Designer to join our team and help craft high-quality digital experiences. If you enjoy solving real user problems through design and working closely with both clients and developers, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

Dive into the project’s discovery phase, uncovering insights and needs.
Execute all design stages from concept to final hand-off of new and existing projects.
Adopt and expand AI-augmented design workflows to achieve results more effectively.
Own your design process and actively suggest solutions and improvements.
Collaborate closely with clients and our development team, diplomatically convey and defend your design solutions and artifacts on video calls with clients, ensuring a cohesive project journey.
Actively participate in the Design Department’s activities to continuously improve and expand best practices and AI-augmented workflows.

Requirements

4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer and expertise in creating designs and prototypes;
Practical experience in creating such artifacts as Competitive Analysis, User Flows, JBTD, UI designs;
Strong online portfolio or PDF that you can share with us - examples of design artifacts listed in the point above is a must;
Experience with Claude Code x Figma, Claude Design, Figma Make and other AI-powered design tools is a must;
Excellency in product design tools (Figma);
Good communication skills in English (at least B2);
Ability to effectively present and communicate your design solutions to a working team and stakeholders, defend and advocate your design decisions;
Knowledge of software development processes, ability to estimate design scope;
Up-to-date with the latest AI and design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Nice to Have

Experience creating vibe-coded prototypes.
Experience with the Adobe suite.
Basic UI animation skills.
