Your Mission
- Scale paid acquisition on Paid Social platforms through an automation-first approach.
- Act as a growth driver: find new setups, hypotheses, and scaling points.
- Develop automations in close collaboration with the martech team: form the vision of new solutions and drive their implementation.
- Build strong interaction with Client Solutions Managers.
- Form systemic synergy with the creative team.
- In the future - the opportunity to lead and develop a UA team.
Required Skills and Experience
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Experience with automations in UA.
- Experience with analytical tools (AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong data-driven thinking.
- Proactivity and willingness to take ownership of the direction.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working in Genesis, SKELAR, or other BigTech Ukrainian companies.
- Experience in Big4 or leading consulting firms.
- Potential for leadership and team development.
