We create new formats, stories, and build a world where the only limitation is human imagination. And now we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Paid Social) - Middle / Senior, who is ready to join and create it with us.

The role can be focused on one of the areas - Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) or Google Ads - depending on your experience and expertise.

Your Mission:

• Scale paid acquisition in your direction through an automation-first approach.
• Act as a growth driver: find new setups, hypotheses, and points of scaling.
• Develop automations in close collaboration with the martech team: form the vision of new solutions and drive their implementation.
• Build strong interaction with Client Solutions Managers.
• Form systemic synergy with the creative team.
• In the future - the opportunity to lead and develop a UA team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Experience with automations in UA.
• Experience with analytical tools (AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Tableau, or equivalents).
• Strong data-driven thinking.
• Proactivity and willingness to take ownership of the direction.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working in Genesis, SKELAR, or other BigTech Ukrainian companies.
• Experience in Big4 or leading consulting firms.
• Potential for leadership and team development.
