UX Researcher

About the Position

Join our global team as a UX Researcher with 3-5 years of experience in UX research, market research, or related experience. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams on various research objectives.
• Recommend appropriate research methods based on project goals, timelines, and constraints.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities.
• Develop discussion guides, interview scripts, survey questionnaires, and usability testing materials.
• Maintain and organize research findings in a centralized repository.
• Contribute to the development of consistent research processes and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or Psychology.
• 3-5 years of experience in UX research, market research, or related experience.
• Experience working with Figma and Zeplin.
• Examples of research methods applied in current or previous role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.

Nice to Have

• Additional experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with other research tools and methodologies.
