Responsibilities
- Network Development & Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard licensed, insured, and background-checked service contractors across all relevant trades.
- Credentialing & Compliance: Manage all contractor documentation, including licensing verification, insurance certificates, background screening, and participation agreements.
- Performance Management & Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor key performance indicators for each provider in the network.
- Contract Negotiation & Rate Management: Negotiate service rates and terms with contractors that reflect both market competitiveness and a commitment to premium outcomes.
- Member Experience Partnership: Work in close collaboration with their concierge team to resolve escalated service issues.
- Strategic Network Planning: Assess network gaps by trade and geography, develop targeted recruitment plans, and provide leadership with data-driven recommendations on network expansion priorities.
Requirements
- Industry Background: Home warranty, property management, facilities management, luxury residential services, or large-scale HVAC/mechanical services.
- Core Competency: Demonstrated success recruiting, credentialing, and managing networks of independent service contractors.
- Negotiation Skills: Experience negotiating service agreements and rate structures with trade contractors.
- Data Fluency: Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel for performance tracking and reporting.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging both executive stakeholders and field contractors.
- Service Orientation: A genuine appreciation for luxury service standards and the expectations of high-net-worth clientele.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
