• Recruiting & Disposition: From the acquisition of suitable employees to successful deployment planning, you will oversee the entire process and ensure smooth operations.
• Operational Responsibility: As a driving force on-site, you will contribute your own ideas and continuously develop the business sector with entrepreneurial thinking.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: You are currently working as a dispatcher or personnel services clerk in personnel services with a commercial-technical focus.
• Sales Personality: Winning customers, expanding networks, and opening up new business opportunities are among your greatest strengths.
• Regional Market Knowledge: Existing contacts and a reliable network in the Hamburg area will help you successfully build the business sector.
• Hands-on Mentality: You actively participate, take on responsibility, and drive topics forward independently and solution-oriented.
