Responsibilities

• Actively taking incoming credit inquiries and qualifying prospects in terms of need, creditworthiness, and likelihood of closing.
• Conducting structured sales conversations and convincingly presenting suitable credit solutions in a closing-oriented manner.
• Comparing offers from various banks and using them strategically as sales arguments in customer conversations.
• Professionally handling objections, consistently following up on open leads, and conducting conversations until contract closure.
• Achieving defined sales and revenue targets and developing professionally, financially, and career-wise based on your performance.

Requirements

• Strong sales mentality and desire to sell
• Experience in sales, call center, or telesales is advantageous
• High closing orientation and motivation to earn more through performance
• Convincing communication, perseverance, and initiative
• Willingness to learn and interest in financial and credit products
• Ambition and the desire to build a career in sales

• Attractive fixed salary of € 2,535.00 gross monthly, plus a bonus of up to € 1,500.00 gross per month, giving you the potential to earn up to € 3,964.50 gross per month.
