About the Company
Turning marketing into a market-domination weapon, iSpeedToLead created a new category - the marketplace for future customers. Businesses shop for leads as they shop for products in e-commerce: they can see key details before buying, with more transparency, control, and predictable outcomes. iSpeedToLead helps real estate wholesalers, investors, flippers, and increasingly agents buy motivated home-seller leads through a live lead marketplace built for speed, visibility, and performance.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a video editor who understands dynamic editing, can build engaging videos with strong retention, and selects footage based on meaning - not just aesthetics. This person should be able to independently source materials such as stock footage, references, B-roll, memes, and AI-generated visuals, and turn them into compelling short-form content.
Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of dynamic editing: pacing, hooks, rhythm, and attention retention.
- Ability to edit based on story and meaning, not just music or visuals.
- Can independently find and select footage such as B-roll, stock, and references.
- Experience with short-form content including Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and ads.
- Ability to add captions/subtitles, basic motion graphics, zooms, transitions, and highlights.
- Understands how to capture attention in the first 3–5 seconds.
- Fast turnaround and ability to iterate based on feedback.
