About the Company

Fame Craft is an SMM team that collaborates with well-known brands, bloggers, and creators, creating viral Reels, Shorts, and TikTok videos. Our focus is on emotional, visually rich content that gains millions of views. We are looking for an editor who understands the dynamics of short formats and knows how to "hook" from the first seconds.

Responsibilities

• Editing videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) with an emphasis on virality, pace, and emotion.
• Creating dynamic and rhythmic editing with a distinctive hook.
• Working with trending music, sound effects, GIFs, emojis, movie frames.
• Adding animated texts to enhance key moments.
• Preparing content for various formats and platforms.
• Collaborating with the team's producer and screenwriter.

Requirements

• Experience of 2 years in video editing.
• Confident proficiency in:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro (primary software),
  • CapCut, VN, After Effects (basic, a plus).
• Ability to work with short dynamic formats.
• Creativity, attention to detail, sense of rhythm.
• Understanding of TikTok/Instagram trends.

Requirements for Editing

• The video should be dynamic, rhythmic, and captivating from the first seconds.
• The hook at the beginning is the sharpest part of the video.
• Constant movement in the frame (zooms, flows, accent increases).
• Use of animated emojis, GIFs, movie frames.
• Animated texts to highlight key moments.
• Use of trending music and sound effects, sometimes multiple tracks in one video.
• Main editing in Premiere Pro.
