Responsibilities

• Booking Management: You will support us in handling incoming telephone and online bookings (additional bookings and cancellations)
• Unconditional Customer Orientation: You will take care of the individual telephone and written support and advice for customer requests as well as complaints and damage cases of our rental car customers
• All-round Consultation: You will act as an interface between our German-speaking customers and our internationally operating partners (sales, rental companies, and insurances)
• Measuring and Ensuring Quality: You will actively participate in the further development of internal processes and quality assurance

Requirements

• Education: Ongoing studies
• Practical Experience: Initial experience in the call center sector or comparable professional experience is advantageous
• Fascination: High motivation to advise our rental car customers friendly and competently before, during, and after the rental
• Drive & Communication: Good communication skills in word and writing with a passion for consultation conversations, as well as a serious and friendly demeanor towards our partners
• Mindset: Structured and success-oriented working method, self-responsibility, teamwork, and flexibility
• Language Skills: Fluent German and good English skills in word and writing
