In the Individual Travel sector, we are developing a new, customer-centric AI product. Our goal: to make travel planning and booking noticeably easier, faster, and more personal – with modern product architecture and advanced AI (including LLMs and agentic systems).

You will support our product managers in their daily tasks – both in classic product management and, if needed, in more technical topics related to AI/LLMs. Sounds exciting? Responsibilities

• Ideas into Reality: Collaborate on new digital features from the idea to the rollout throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Apply New Technologies: Take on AI-related tasks such as prompting and test set tasks.
• Shape Technical Processes: Support the integration of internal and external partners and contribute to the development of AI-supported booking processes and their implementation in clear, robust product logic.
• Ensure Quality: Conduct error analysis to ensure the reliability of features in live operation.
• Analyze and Understand: Conduct research, competitive, and market analyses and prepare these as a basis for decision-making.
• Agile Work: Close collaboration in a cross-functional team with product management, IT, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ongoing university studies, ideally in Business Administration, (Computer) Science, Data Science, or a comparable field.
• Availability of 16 - 20 hours per week and enthusiasm for teamwork on-site.
• Initial experience with prompting/LLM tools and a strong interest in delving deeper into AI topics.
• Analytical and structured working method and a high sense of quality.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working with various stakeholders.
• Team player skills, as you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Plus, but not mandatory: Initial experience with Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
