Job Description

• Verification, Recording, and Management of Incoming Invoices from Our Manufacturer Partners: You ensure high data quality and make sure that our invoicing processes run smoothly
• Conducting Budget-Actual Comparisons, Deviation Analyses, and Ad-Hoc Evaluations: You analyze relevant key figures, identify anomalies, and provide valuable decision-making bases
• Direct Communication with Our Manufacturer Partners: You independently clarify questions about invoices and conditions and act as a reliable contact person on an equal footing
• Active Development of Our Controlling and Accounting System: With modern tools and AI-supported solutions, you question existing processes, drive automation, and help to sustainably reduce manual efforts

Qualifications

• Very good MS-Excel skills (especially Pivot Tables, S-References)
• Very good ongoing studies in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field of study
• Fluent German language skills in speech and writing (at least C1)
• Affinity for numbers and proficient handling of large data sets
• Thorough and structured working method
