To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Werkstudent (m/w/d) Produktmanagement AI Automation at CHECK24 Vergleichsportal Camper GmbH. We look forward to your application!

Responsibilities

Teamwork: You will be actively involved in our product management team from day one, working closely with product managers, developers, and AI experts.
Taking Responsibility: You will analyze feedback from customer service, identify improvement potentials, and derive concrete measures for optimizing our product together with the team.
Rolling out AI in Customer Management: You will manage our automated service solutions such as chatbots and voice agents together with the team and continuously develop them.
Conducting Business Analyses: You will create meaningful analyses and reports for success control and deriving data-based recommendations for action.
Designing Product and API Integrations: You will manage minor adjustments to our partner API connections (e.g., changes to data fields).
Realizing Ideas: As the interface between product and IT, you will implement smaller technical tickets together with developers and modern AI tools like Cursor and support low-code automations and internal processes.

Requirements

Education: Ongoing university studies with very good performance, ideally with an economic, technical-analytical, or IT-related focus (e.g., Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or similar).
Practical Experience: Initial experience with AI tools, chatbots, or APIs is advantageous.
Digital Solution Thinking: Analytical thinking, high digital affinity, and the desire to work on technical topics to implement data-based, meaningful, and pragmatic product solutions.
Curiosity about AI/LLM Tools: You actively engage with AI/LLM technologies and try out tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Cursor or similar solutions both privately and in your studies.
Drive and Motivation: You bring your own ideas, enjoy working in a team, and are enthusiastic about the Camper product.
Language Skills: Fluent German and English skills in speech and writing.
