As a Werkstudent (m/w/d), you will support our back office in processing and digitizing incoming documents in the health insurance sector. You do not need prior knowledge – we will train you step by step and support you as a team.

Responsibilities

Support in the Back Office: You will support our team in daily business and ensure the reliable processing of incoming documents.
Document Management: You will take care of the physical and digital mail, digitize documents, check them for completeness, and assign them to the correct processes.
Data Entry: You will enter and maintain customer and tariff data in our systems and forward relevant information to our customer service representatives as needed.
Creating Structure: With your meticulous work, you contribute to the high quality of our back office processes.

Requirements

Current Enrollment: You are enrolled at a university or college.
Availability: You can support us for 20 hours per week, ideally distributed over three days. Your working hours will be flexibly coordinated with your studies.
Meticulous Work Ethic: You work extremely conscientiously, reliably, and have a high quality standard for your work.
Self-Responsibility: You work independently, ask the right questions, and enjoy diving into new topics.
Language Skills: You have very good German skills (at least C1).
