About the Position

We are seeking a Windows Systems Administrator for our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to manage our Windows Server ecosystem and ensure high availability.

Responsibilities

Configure, patch, and maintain enterprise Windows Server (2016–2022) environments to ensure high availability.
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and hybrid identity with Microsoft Entra ID.
Administer virtualized infrastructure on VMware vSphere/ESXi and Hyper-V, including VM provisioning.
Automate repetitive tasks, user provisioning, and system reporting with PowerShell and Task Scheduler.
Monitor and test system backups and replication using Veeam and Windows Server Backup to guarantee disaster recovery.
Collaborate with cloud and security teams on global infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements

2+ years administering Windows Server in an enterprise environment.
Solid knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and NTFS permissions.
Practical ability to write and modify PowerShell scripts for system administration.
Hands-on experience managing VMs in VMware or Hyper-V.
Solid English for daily collaboration, with strong analytical and structured troubleshooting skills.
