Workday Integration Consultant

We are seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to design and implement innovative HR solutions using Workday technologies. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office, focusing on day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Workday solutions that align with business objectives and enhance HR processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and provide technical support.
• Optimize Workday Studio processes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on Workday technologies and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience.
• Participate in project planning and execution to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Ensure documentation of all technical processes and configurations for future reference.
• Support the company's mission by delivering solutions that enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable Workday solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
