Working Student - Technical Product Manager (hybrid)

About the Position

We are looking for a Working Student - Technical Product Manager (hybrid) to join our team at IONOS in Bucharest, Romania. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain hands-on experience in product management.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Work with other TPMs to assemble product requirements;
• Create requirements documents such as use cases, business process diagrams, and wireframes;
• Provide reports on ongoing topics and support TPMs in assessing project status;
• Understand both business and technical context and support decision-making;
• Understand all aspects of software development and learn how to build great products;
• Find practical solutions to emerging problems;
• Learn technologies, processes, and tools to successfully drive project delivery;
• Support quality assurance for the subscription business by testing key customer journeys, including purchases, upgrades, renewals, and cancellations;
• Document issues and verify fixes with the product and development teams;
• Update and maintain customer communication email templates for premium and subscription customers, including welcome messages, renewal reminders, and subscription change confirmations;
• Check updated email templates for accurate content, personalization, links, and consistent rendering across email clients before release.

Requirements

• Understanding of web development processes and technologies (Spring Boot/Cloud, REST, HTML/Javascript);
• Technical understanding of microservices architecture;
• Knowledge of online marketing & sales environment;
• Excellent English skills;
• Agile methodologies know-how.
