Ми шукаємо Business Development Manager, який буде знаходити нові точки росту для криптообмінного продукту та розвивати стратегічні партнерства на глобальному ринку.
Це роль для людини, яка мислить категоріями можливостей, любить будувати партнерські екосистеми та вміє перетворювати перспективні контакти на реальні бізнес-результати.
Якщо тобі цікаво працювати на стику fintech, payments та crypto, запускати нові партнерства та впливати на розвиток бізнесу - будемо раді знайомству.
Формат роботи: гібрид.
Responsibilities
- Розвивати стратегічні партнерства з PSP, банками, EMI та crypto-компаніями
- Шукати нові канали росту та виходу на нові ринки
- Вести переговори та погоджувати комерційні умови співпраці
- Запускати та масштабувати партнерські інтеграції
- Аналізувати ринок і знаходити нові бізнес-можливості
Requirements
- Досвід Business Development від 2 років у fintech, payments або crypto
- Практичний досвід побудови B2B-партнерств та укладання угод
- Розуміння платіжної інфраструктури та крипторинку
- Досвід переговорів із C-level та власниками бізнесу
- Англійська - Upper-Intermediate
Nice to Have
- Досвід роботи з PSP, acquiring, banking або crypto infrastructure
- Наявна мережа контактів у fintech або crypto-секторі
- Розуміння API-інтеграцій та платіжних процесів
- Досвід роботи з regulated або high-risk продуктами
