Про посаду
Ми шукаємо Фахівця з навчання та розвитку персоналу для приєднання до нашої компанії, що займається роздрібною торгівлею продуктами в Україні, з фокусом на навчання та розвиток персоналу.

Наша компанія є успішним гравцем на ринку роздрібної торгівлі продуктами в Україні.
Обов'язки
- Розробка нормативних документів (регламентів, інструкцій, правил) для професійного розвитку персоналу.
- Створення форм дистанційного навчання, тестування та наповнення вмістом розділів навчального порталу.
- Взаємодія з керівниками відділів щодо розробки нормативних документів та планів розвитку конкретних підрозділів.
- Участь у проектах компанії, спрямованих на навчання та розвиток персоналу.
Вимоги
- Досвід роботи у сфері навчання та розвитку
- Здатність працювати в Києві, Україна (на місці)
