About the Position
We are building an Unreal Engine application: a real-time MetaHuman person talks to players, replies with synthesized voice and lip-sync, and performs game-related actions. We need realistic interiors, not stylized game levels. The ideal match is someone from archviz who can build photoreal interiors in UE5.
Responsibilities
- Build branded studios / casino interiors in Unreal for photorealism
- Author master materials / PBR, lighting (Lumen, HDRI), set dressing
- Optimize for runtime (Nanite, LODs) on the target hardware
Requirements
- A portfolio of photorealistic interiors / rooms in UE5
- Nanite, Lumen, Quixel Megascans / Fab / Bridge
- Master materials / PBR, lighting, modeling (Blender / Maya / 3ds Max)
Nice to Have
- Archviz / architectural visualization, interior visualization
- ZBrush (hard-surface / props), Substance Designer / Painter
- Modular environment / blockout experience and LOD optimization
Working Conditions
- A focus on visual quality, high-end hardware
- Collaboration with the TA and Unreal developer on a unified product look
