About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be the face of Event Inc in your region. You will ensure the success of our partners with empathy, smart sales skills, and a good understanding of people and solutions.

Responsibilities

Partnerships Development: Manage existing partners, further develop collaborations, and sustainably build new business relationships.
Opportunity Identification: Identify cross-selling and upselling potentials and show our partners the solutions that bring them real value.
Focus on Partner Satisfaction: Actively seek feedback, wishes, or complaints and ensure our partners feel well taken care of.
Teamwork: Work closely with our Sales Managers, Partner Success Team, and Customer Support to create the best possible solutions.
Regional Voice: With clear relationship management, fair negotiation skills, and your own style, ensure our partners remain enthusiastic in the long term.

What We Appreciate

Language Skills: Fluent German and good English skills are a must.
