Responsibilities

• Verification of incoming PO and non-PO invoices
• Daily invoice and rebates processing
• Daily involvement/cooperation with other teams
• Preparing calculations and analysing numerical data
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Manage end-to-end payment and rebate processes for vendors in the French market
• Managing generic mailboxes and responding to emails in a timely manner
• Managing vendor enquiries
• Performing other related tasks assigned by Team Manager

Requirements

• Accounting, Finance or Business-related studies would be an advantage
• Min. 3 years of experience in accounting
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Good knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage
• Ensure timely and correct completion of tasks
• Proactivity attitude
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Team-work skills
• Being able to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities
• Good problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude
• Friendly and supportive approach
