About the Position
Affiliate Manager
Senior
Locations: Cyprus, Poland, Ukraine

Responsibilities
- Maintaining and developing key and highly profitable partners
- Attracting strong partners and strategic traffic sources
- Complex negotiations and customized partnership terms
- In-depth traffic performance analysis and scaling profitable partnerships
- Advanced work with CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models
- Expert anti-fraud control and non-standard traffic management
- Launching and developing new GEOs and acquisition channels
- Working with large media buying teams and complex cases
- Support for middle/junior managers on complex issues, upon request from the Team Lead
- High iGaming expertise and consistent KPI achievement under stressful conditions
Requirements
- 2+ years in affiliate marketing in iGaming, with proven experience scaling affiliates
- Deep understanding of key metrics (FD/RD/R2D/LTV/Churn)
- Deep knowledge of Tableau analytical tools, affiliate platforms, and predictive modeling (optional)
- Experience independently presenting affiliate programs at conferences
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in key GEOs
- Personal successful cases in which the candidate played a key role
- Own Tier 2-3 affiliate base
- English B2
