About the Position

Project Manager (Tech)

We are seeking a Middle Project Manager for our Marketing Domain to coordinate delivery across 1–2 Scrum teams. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to grow, with the ability to manage day-to-day delivery, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and continuously improve team processes under the guidance of a Delivery Lead.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery for 1–2 Scrum teams, ensuring work is delivered on time and according to agreed priorities.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Track delivery progress, identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain Jira hygiene, ensuring work items are up to date, properly estimated, linked, and reflect the current delivery status.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to align priorities and delivery plans.
• Prepare regular status updates and communicate delivery progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Support backlog planning and prioritization by ensuring work is refined and ready for upcoming sprints.
• Help improve team processes, planning accuracy, and delivery predictability through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate releases and support incident management activities when required.
• Contribute to a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team environment.

Requirements

• Core Skills:

  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence (Epics, Boards, Dashboards, JQL).
  • Experience managing delivery for 1–2 Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Good understanding of Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery practices.
  • Experience coordinating sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills, including preparing status updates and escalating delivery risks when needed.

• Secondary Skills:

  • Understanding of release management, dependency management, and incident management.
  • Familiarity with backlog prioritization frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or ICE.
  • Strong ownership and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Good facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
