About the Position
Agile Project Lead

Locations: Gliwice, Warszawa, Wrocław, Kraków
Salary: 8400 - 13400 PLN gross
Responsibilities
Being the single point of accountability for client delivery and business outcomes.
Setting the direction for how the team works, communicates, and delivers.
Building trusted, long-term partnerships with clients based on transparency and partnership.
Managing client expectations, risks, and cooperation development through regular reporting.
Owning the full delivery plan – created together with the team and kept up to date.
Monitoring progress, reacting to changes, and keeping the team aligned with goals.
Shaping the delivery setup: team structure, roles, meetings, and communication flow.
Taking ownership of the service budget and client settlement.
Supporting team members through feedback, 1:1s, coaching, and performance reviews.
Being involved in hiring, team composition planning, and onboarding.
Cooperating with Boldare leaders, business roles, and interdisciplinary teams.
Promoting transparency, open communication, and continuous feedback.
Being present – joining regular face-to-face meetings with clients and teams.
Requirements

Technically
- 2+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, people management, or similar roles in the IT industry.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects, risks, stakeholders, and changing priorities at the same time.
- Ownership mindset and client-first approach, combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to build transparent partnerships with both clients and development teams.
- Practical understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum / Lean Agile), software development lifecycle, backlog management, and requirements gathering.
- Analytical and tech-savvy mindset, including hands-on experience with Jira, Google Workspace, AI productivity tools, and curiosity about software development processes and modern technologies.
- AI enthusiast mindset and openness to using AI tools to improve productivity, delivery quality, and team collaboration.
- Fluency in Polish and English (B2+).
- Availability to work from our Gliwice office once a week, with openness to occasional business trips and face-to-face meetings.

Nice-to-haves
- Experience in service design and launching new services.
- Basic understanding of GitHub, pull requests, code review workflows, and AI-supported delivery or workflow automation.
