Experience in service design and launching new services.
Engineering fluency: you follow a technical discussion and can tell when someone is hedging.
Reading contracts: caps, gates, key personnel.
Experience with Middle East / GCC clients, or others with formal procurement.
You already use AI tools to prepare, summarize, and draft and you know the draft isn't the decision.
