About the Position
Product Engineer

Responsibilities
Technically
- Strong backend experience in Java,.NET, PHP, or JS/TS. We care about engineering thinking, not the specific language.
- Real, daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, or similar). Not "I've tried it," but "I build with it".
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar). You've integrated at least one into a real project.
- Comfort working directly with clients and stakeholders. You can run a technical conversation without someone translating for you.
- Full-stack capability. You're backend-strong, but you can handle frontend tasks when needed.
- English & Polish written and spoken, confidently.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or AI-powered automations.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and context design. You know that "just ask ChatGPT" is not a strategy.
- Consulting or product mindset. You've been in rooms where the problem wasn't fully defined yet and you didn't freeze.
Salary & Benefits
- Medior: 10000 - 16000 PLN net
- Senior: 16000 - 24000 PLN net
