About the Position
Join Boldare as a Delivery Lead / Engineering Manager to build AI-powered products in a remote-first, flexible environment.
Locations: Gliwice, Kraków, Warsaw, Wrocław
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery and engineering management
- Manage and mentor a team of developers
- Ensure Agile practices are followed
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical delivery, development management, or hybrid role
- Practical Agile delivery experience
- Hands-on with Jira, GitHub, Google Workspace
- Fluent in Polish and English (B2+)
- Availability to work in the Gliwice office once a week
Nice to Have
- Experience in a software consultancy or digital product studio
- Background in AI-augmented development or toolchain automation
- Experience managing distributed or cross-border teams
Salary & Benefits
- Senior: 18000 - 26000 PLN net
