At Cloover, we are building the AI operating system for the energy transition. We are looking for an AI Engineering & Automation Specialist to join our team in Berlin. Your role will be pivotal in creating systems that automate internal workflows, allowing our teams to focus on tasks that require human judgment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship end-to-end agentic systems, RAG pipelines, embeddings, retrieval, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
• Build and deploy custom MCP servers and integrations connecting tools like HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Aircall, and more.
• Write production-grade Python and TypeScript with sound schema design, security, and authorization.
• Own internal tooling end-to-end: identify gaps, build tools, and deploy them on platforms like Firebase, Vercel, or GCP.
• Build custom Claude Code skills, plugins, and connectors, and onboard colleagues into AI-native workflows.
• Partner with various departments to identify and implement the highest-leverage automation use cases.

Requirements

• Experience in shipping agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or AI-powered tools.
• Proficiency in writing production-grade Python and/or TypeScript.
• Comfort in wiring REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication across third-party tools.
• Ability to identify gaps, scope solutions, and ship them without waiting for instructions.
• Based in Berlin and comfortable with an office-first environment.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with MCP, Claude Code, or agentic frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or Google ADK.
• German language proficiency (B1 or above).
