Responsibilities

• Participate in the definition and evolution of AI-driven products.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bridge technical and business profiles.
• Convert complex information into actionable decisions.
• Focus on continuous improvement, process quality, and data-driven impact.

Requirements

• Experience in defining functional requirements, user stories, and structured documentation.
• Ability to create detailed specifications using spec-driven design approaches.
• Experience working closely with development, product, and data teams.
• Capability to support the entire software development lifecycle.
• Results-oriented mindset focused on product and user experience.

Data & Analytics

• Experience analyzing data for decision-making and prioritizing initiatives.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Business Intelligence tools.
• Ability to identify behavioral patterns and improvement opportunities in digital products.
• Experience using metrics and indicators to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Skill in generating actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative data.

AI & Product Innovation

• Understanding of challenges associated with adopting new technologies and managing change.
• Ability to collaborate in defining functional agentic architectures oriented to business.
