Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way businesses operate. As our AI Product Owner (Lead), you will define and drive the AI strategy that helps Wholesale Banking deliver smarter, more efficient, and more valuable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI and GenAI roadmap
• Lead end-to-end AI delivery
• Oversee use case prioritization
• Drive AI governance and compliance
• Measure benefits realization
• Lead AI adoption and training programs

Requirements

• 7+ years in AI, automation, or digital transformation
• Banking, shared services, or BPO experience preferred
• Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI governance
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
• Strong stakeholder and people leadership skills
