About the Position
Аналітик (національна безпека та оборона)
We are seeking an Analyst specializing in national security and defense to join our team in Kyiv, focusing on policy analysis and strategic content support.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of analytical materials on assigned topics in the field of security and defense
- Content support for strategic programs
- Participation in content support for workshops, panels, working groups
- Involvement in the development of solutions and recommendations for new models of public policies, strategies, and systems
- Adaptation of analytical materials for various stakeholder groups
Requirements
- Higher education in political science, public administration and management, international relations, national security, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in analysis, consulting, or policy formation
- Ability to deeply immerse in topics and use non-standard approaches
- Independence and proactivity in conducting analysis and finding solutions
- Understanding of the institutional landscape of Ukraine in the security and defense sector
- English proficiency at least at the Upper-Intermediate level (including business communication)
- Patriotism and dedication to Ukraine
- Experience in designing and conducting primary research is a plus
- Experience in civil service, participation in international technical assistance projects, or work in analytical centers is a plus
