About the Position
Senior Project Manager
CFC Big Ideas - an international consulting company from Kyiv, on the market since 2002, specializing in strategic communications, GR, PR, and event management. The team's projects are not routine but state-scale challenges: from international exhibitions and forums to strategic GR campaigns that shape Ukraine's reputation on the global stage.
Responsibilities
- Strategic management of large and complex projects (multiple parallel streams, partners, budgets)
- Full responsibility for the result: from strategy and budget to the final report
- Building and developing long-term relationships with key partners, clients, and government institutions
- Mentoring and developing junior team members (Project Manager, Project Assistant)
- Participation in the formation of direction strategy and new business initiatives
- Management of high-level crisis situations and project risks
- Representing the company in negotiations and public events
Requirements
- Project management experience of at least 4 years, including 1-2 years at a senior level or team lead
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects "turnkey" (GR, PR, event, consulting)
- Developed leadership qualities and experience in managing a team
- High level of negotiation skills and experience working with top-level stakeholders
- Strategic thinking, ability to work with uncertainty and make decisions under pressure
- Proficient user of Google Workspace
- English at an Advanced level
- Willingness to travel frequently, including abroad
