About the Position
Project Manager
CFC Big Ideas - міжнародна консалтингова компанія з Києва, на ринку з 2002 року. Responsibilities
- Self-management of projects: planning, budgeting, performance monitoring
- Project team formation and coordination of contractors and partners
- Communication with clients, stakeholders, and government institutions
- Control of deadlines, quality, and budget at all stages
- Preparation of reports and presentations for management and clients
- Risk identification and prompt resolution of problem situations
- Participation in the development of new project initiatives
Requirements
- Project Management experience of at least 2 years (PR, GR, event management, consulting - will be a plus)
- Experience in managing turnkey projects independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with budgets and reporting
- Proficient user of Google Workspace
- English language at Advanced level
- Stress resistance, ability to make decisions under uncertainty
- Willingness to travel
