About the Position
Embedded Firmware Engineer (C, Linux)
We are seeking an Embedded Firmware Engineer with expertise in C and Linux to join our defense tech company in Kyiv, developing innovative embedded systems and RF engineering solutions.
About the Company
Our company specializes in developing innovative solutions in the field of embedded systems and radio frequency (RF) engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop firmware architecture for devices based on specific tasks
- Develop and debug software for microcontrollers
- Set up and test device prototypes
- Coordinate architecture with PCB engineers
- Prepare technical documentation
Requirements
- Higher technical education
- Advanced C programming skills
- Experience in programming microcontrollers (STM, PIC, AVR)
- Experience with microcontroller peripherals (Timers, DMA, ADC, SPI, UART, etc.)
- Knowledge of data transfer interfaces (hardware level SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, USB, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of circuit design
- Experience in a Linux environment is a plus
- Experience in Python and/or Bash programming is a plus
- Experience in process automation is a plus
- Experience with ArduPilot is a plus
