Your Responsibilities

Analysis and modeling of business processes related to claims handling
Identifying areas requiring optimization, automation, and digitalization
Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
Defining solutions supporting business goals and process transformation
Creating AS-IS and TO-BE process models and analytical documentation
Conducting workshops and agreements with business, IT, and external suppliers
Defining User Stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting backlog management
Participating in business testing, acceptance, and implementation of new solutions
Analyzing the impact of changes on processes, systems, and integrations
Identifying opportunities for AI and automation in claims handling

Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis or requirement management, including experience in projects at the intersection of business and IT
Higher education and good knowledge of English (min. B2)
Experience in modeling business processes and defining business and system requirements
Very good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other process modeling notations
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing the backlog of requirements
Knowledge of the IT systems change lifecycle and experience in analyzing integration solutions
Experience in conducting analytical workshops and preparing project and analytical documentation
Knowledge of claims handling processes or experience in the insurance sector
Experience in business testing and implementation of IT solutions and knowledge of process automation and AI
Certificates such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum, knowledge of SQL, and reporting tools are welcome
