About the Position

We are seeking a Director of Communication Products Office to manage insurance product strategies in Warsaw, Poland.

Creating and implementing the product strategy for PZU SA in the area of communication insurance for individual clients and the SME segment
Managing the communication insurance offer, including defining products, coverage scopes, insurance conditions, target groups, pricing policy, and promotional activities
Ensuring the achievement of business goals, portfolio growth, and product profitability within the area of responsibility
Shaping sales and service procedures and defining process and system requirements supporting the product strategy
Monitoring the market, trends, and competitor actions, as well as recommending changes and new product solutions
Creating and implementing risk assessment standards and overseeing underwriting processes
Ensuring product and process compliance with applicable laws, supervisory authority guidelines, Product Oversight and Governance (POG) principles, and IDD requirements for designing and monitoring insurance products
Analyzing product profitability, monitoring portfolio results, price positions, and collaborating on product pricing
Providing opinions on reinsurance programs for the managed portfolio and reinsurance programs for foreign companies of the PZU Group
Collaborating with sales, claims, actuarial, risk, compliance, and IT units in the development and maintenance of the product offering
Collaborating with industry institutions, insurance market organizations, and public administration

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in creating, developing, and managing insurance products, including at least one year of managerial experience
Very good knowledge of communication insurance, particularly OC, AC, Assistance, and NNW products
Practical knowledge of underwriting principles and insurance risk assessment
Knowledge of premium calculation, pricing, insurance accounting, and reinsurance principles
Practical and up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market and Polish and European legal regulations concerning insurance activities
Experience in managing implementation and development projects is an advantage
Ability to analyze data, draw business conclusions, and make decisions based on financial and quality portfolio results
Very good knowledge of the English language
