About the Position

We are seeking an Ekspertka / Ekspert ds. Procesów Obsługi Szkód Osobowych i Świadczeń to join our team in Warszawa, mazowieckie. This role focuses on implementing and refining processes for handling personal injury claims and benefits, ensuring operational efficiency and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and refining processes for handling personal injury claims and benefits
• Developing and reviewing documents: procedures, instructions, insurance terms
• Coordinating project activities related to improving operational processes
• Collaborating with internal teams and external institutions
• Creating and conducting training sessions for employees and business partners
• Monitoring service quality and recommending operational improvements
• Analyzing market trends and implementing innovative solutions
• Analyzing data from various sources, drawing conclusions, and recommending solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance, claims, or customer service
• Higher education
• Very good knowledge of claims and benefits processes and insurance products
• Ability to think analytically and create operational documents
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Experience in conducting training sessions and project work
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and external institutions
• Independence, creativity, and willingness to make data-driven decisions based on data and regulations
