About the Position

We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our recruitment team in Warsaw, focusing on sourcing and attracting top candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the search and acquisition of top candidates using various methods and tools, including Direct and Executive Search
• Conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring adherence to Candidate Experience standards
• Draft recruitment advertisements, monitor, and update the electronic candidate database
• Maintain positive relationships with candidates
• Collaborate closely with the supervisor

Requirements

• A desire to develop in the field of recruitment
• Experience in call centers (outbound calls) and/or recruitment from a human resources consulting firm/recruitment agency or internal HR is welcome
• Communicative and open to new experiences
• Independence, determination, and non-standard approach
• Ability to discover talent in candidates (we can't wait to see what talent you will discover in yourself!)
• Consistency in actions
• Willingness to learn and discover the secrets of the medical industry
• Familiarity with the latest techniques for reaching candidates directly
• Proficiency in English in daily work (minimum level C1)
• Student status
