About the Position

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant (Researcher) to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, focusing on sourcing top candidates using various methods.

Location: Warszawa, mazowieckie

Type of Employment: Contract

Work Location: Hybrid

Responsibilities

Assist in the search and acquisition of top candidates using various methods, including Direct and Executive Search
Conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring high standards of Candidate Experience
Draft recruitment advertisements, monitor, and update the electronic candidate database
Maintain positive relationships with candidates
Close collaboration with the supervisor

Requirements

Eagerness to develop in the field of recruitment
Experience in call centers (outbound calls) and/or recruitment in a human resources consulting firm/recruitment agency or internal HR is welcome
Communicativeness and openness to new experiences
Independence, determination, and non-standard approach
Ability to discover talent in candidates (we can't wait to see what talent we'll discover in you!)
Consistency in actions
Willingness to learn and explore the secrets of the medical industry
Knowledge of the latest techniques for reaching candidates directly
Proficiency in English (minimum level C1) in daily work
Student status
