About the Position
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in Gdańsk, Poland. This role involves coordinating HR operations and supporting managers in HR matters.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating ongoing work and priorities within the HR team
- Collaborating with local and international managers and supporting them in employee matters
- Coordinating HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, personnel administration, training and development, and performance management
- Independently managing selected recruitment processes, particularly for specialist and managerial positions
- Supporting managers and employees regarding labor law and internal regulations and procedures
- Coordinating issues related to contracts, working hours, changes in employment conditions, and termination of employment
- Collaborating with an external provider for payroll and personnel administration
- Preparing data and information for reporting, HR controlling, and budgeting processes
- Conducting HR-related communications and meetings
- Responding to employee questions and supporting them in ongoing matters
- Participating in the development of HR policies, procedures, and standards
- Identifying areas requiring improvements and initiating changes
- Collaborating on local and international HR projects
Requirements
- 5 years or more of experience in HR
- Good knowledge of HR processes and practical knowledge of Polish labor law
- Experience in working with managers and the ability to build partnership relationships with them
- Experience in managing recruitment processes
- Knowledge of personnel administration and employment-related processes
- Very good knowledge of English, allowing for smooth cooperation in an international environment
- Very good knowledge of Polish
- Good knowledge of Excel
