About the Position
We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist with English for a hybrid role in Warszawa, Poland. This role involves supporting our Integrated Return Management Application (IRMA) Service Desk and conducting manual testing of SharePoint web applications.
Responsibilities
- Support the IRMA Service Desk by handling users’ requests on IT-related incidents, problems, and well-known errors.
- Conduct manual testing of SharePoint web applications by executing test cases and analyzing results.
- Manage user accounts in the SharePoint web application.
- Support the delivery of training sessions to users.
- Assist with the creation of user guidelines and support materials.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience after secondary school.
- Experience in the field of computer networks and systems, software and communication maintenance.
- Experience in the field related to inventory control or warehouse environment maintenance or management.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving incidents and service requests.
- Preferable experience related to data management overall (including personal data specialization), data analysis, and statistics.

- Office located in the heart of Warsaw, within close proximity to a subway station (ca. 100 meters).
- Employment contract or civil law contract.
- Netto salary of 81 Euros per workday (which amounts to 1700 euros monthly netto salary).
