About the Position
We are looking for a meticulous Asystent/Asystentka Archiwum Kadrowego (K/M/I) to join our HR team in Łódź, handling personnel file creation and documentation archiving.
Responsibilities
- Zakładanie i kompletowanie akt osobowych
- Archiwizacja dokumentacji kadrowej zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami
- Wpinanie i porządkowanie dokumentów pracowniczych
- Weryfikacja poprawności i kompletności dokumentacji
- Sprawdzanie specyfikacji oraz zestawień kadrowych
- Przygotowywanie dokumentów do archiwizacji
- Wsparcie zespołu HR w bieżących zadaniach administracyjnych
Requirements
- Dokładność, skrupulatność i dobra organizacja pracy
- Odpowiedzialne podejście do powierzonych zadań
- Umiejętność pracy z dokumentacją i dbałość o szczegóły
- Znajomość pakietu MS Office (w szczególności Excel i Outlook)
Nice to Have
- Status studenta
- Pełna dyspozycyjność w dni robocze (poniedziałek-piątek)
- Doświadczenie w pracy administracyjnej, kadrowej lub archiwizacyjnej
