About the Position

Talent Savant is seeking experienced lawyers to join its Corporate and Securities Practice in Miami. We are looking for professionals who specialize in advising publicly and privately held entities with respect to private placement offerings, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, private equity and venture capital, underwritten and syndicated offerings, commercial finance, syndicated lending, cross-border transactions, and general corporate matters.

Responsibilities

Advise on private placement offerings
Handle mergers and acquisitions
Provide guidance on restructurings
Assist with private equity and venture capital
Manage underwritten and syndicated offerings
Work on commercial finance and syndicated lending
Handle cross-border transactions
Address general corporate matters

Requirements

Outstanding academic credentials
Excellent writing skills
At least five years of corporate and/or financial services experience
A portable book of business

Nice to Have

Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills
Large law firm experience
