B2B Salesforce Trainer and Executive Coach - Poland

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced B2B Salesforce Trainer and Executive Coach to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. This role is a hybrid position with a mix of on-site and virtual work.

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities

• Training scope: Bespoke sales trainings based on internal goals and strategies.
• Extra services: Coaching sessions for senior roles.
• Format: Hybrid (on-site and virtual).
• Volume: Regular team trainings approximately 3 times per year per country, plus personal coaching for Sales Managers (SMs) and an SMs development program.

Requirements

• Certified consultants with strong sales experience.
• Excellent coaching skills.
• Proficiency in the local language (Polish).

Commercial Proposal

Please submit a brief proposal including your daily rate for Bespoke Training and hourly rate for Executive Coaching.
