About the Position
Join a product team building a mobile banking application for one of Central Asia’s fastest-growing markets. You will work across a PHP backend, integrations, and evolving service architecture.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and extend a production mobile banking platform.
- Respond quickly to product changes and build new features and service integrations.
- Solve product problems with system analysts, designers, mobile engineers, and QA engineers.
Requirements
- At least four years of commercial PHP development.
- Experience building backends for mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and algorithms.
- Ability to design and optimize complex MySQL and PostgreSQL queries.
- Experience designing, building, and integrating APIs and microservices.
- Practical experience with Git and Docker.
- Independence and ownership of code quality.
- JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, or CSS experience is an advantage.
