Head of AI Sales

About the Position

We have a strong engineering team with fourteen years of fintech experience and growing AI expertise. We are looking for a Head of AI Sales who can turn that capability into a focused offer, first customers, and a repeatable sales motion.

Responsibilities

• Identify the market niche where our AI and engineering expertise creates the most value.
• Find the first customers and take opportunities through to signed business.
• Discover a repeatable acquisition channel and sales process.
• Build a team of people and agents that can support the sales channel.
• Shape the commercial direction together with the engineering leadership.

You May Be a Good Fit If

• You have sold implementation, automation, custom software, or comparable professional services.
• You have built early-stage sales without relying on an established brand or inbound demand.
• You own the full deal cycle from first contact to commercial outcome and reach decision-makers directly.
• You understand technology and AI well enough to discuss a customer’s real business problem.
• You understand how companies buy in the current Russian market.
