BI Engineer/Analyst

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled BI Engineer/Analyst with experience in Power BI Embedded, DAX, and semantic modeling to join our international team. This role is remote and based in Poland, offering a friendly and English-speaking environment within a multinational team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI semantic models and reports;
• Support and expand Power BI Embedded solutions;
• Enable secure external sharing of data and analytics;
• Build optimized Direct Lake and Import models;
• Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations;
• Create user-friendly reporting experiences for business stakeholders;
• Act as an SME on Power BI capabilities and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience with Power BI Embedded
• Experience enabling external data sharing / embedded reporting
• Experience working with Fabric
• Strong DAX and semantic modeling experience
• Proficient in Power BI development
