Senior FP&A Manager

About the Position

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and regular financial forecasting cycles.
• Coordinate collection, consolidation, and validation of budgets from all business units.
• Perform plan-vs-actual analysis, identify key variances, and prepare recommendations for management.
• Develop financial models, conduct scenario analysis, and assess the impact of business initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, analytical materials, and presentations for top management.
• Analyze financial and operational KPIs, identify efficiency drivers, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and automate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Act as a financial business partner for functional leaders, supporting strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Must-have

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or corporate finance
  • Proven experience in running budgeting campaigns and forecasting processes end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience with plan-vs-actual analysis and variance analysis on large financial datasets
  • Strong skills in building financial models and performing scenario analysis
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: complex formulas, pivot tables, mandatory Power Query, and reporting automation
  • Ability to structure information, work with large volumes of data, and present results clearly to business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with leaders from different functions

• Is a plus

  • Experience with Power BI and/or QlikView
  • Background in developing and improving FP&A processes and management reporting frameworks
  • Working knowledge of English for reports and presentations (depending on company context)
